Dear Gentleman, iam new to the club and would love to use my fancy uniform now for it´s real purpose and not only to impress the ladies. (for which it is well suited i have to admit). Currently i own Bayonets on the Rhine, Marengo, Austerlitz and Waterloo. As iam a beginner (also regarding PBEM), i would prefer any small scenario with not too much turns for the start and think i can make 2-3 Turns a week. (maybe more, but not promising that). For optional rules i have orientated me on the Rules Guide of the Club with the exception of manual defensive fire OFF. But iam open for suggestions. Looking forward on meeting on the battlefield, if interested send your courier with suggestions to masp_3@gmx.de |

Grüss Gott Herr Sous-Lieutenant Spangler - - I also have Austerlitz and Marengo. Would you prefer to be attacking or Defending for your first Battle? Might I suggest Defending, as I believe it is easier for a newer officer. Might I suggest Scenario "003 Rearguard Action at Voltri" from Marengo. It is a smaller and shorter scenario with the French defending. I usually play with all optional rules on except for: Manual defensive Fire No Retreat Overruns Movement Threat disorder No Detached Melee If these are acceptable, let me know and send a currier to : Tinhead.526@gmail.com Am open to discussing changes to these optional rules as well, or if you prefer another scenario Oberleutnant Josef Seidl 3.
