Messieurs:

I am looking for an Allied opponent who wants to play Quatre Bras AOW (PTW) without rules of house. Optional Rules: All except " movement line restriction".

Are you still looking for an opponent for Quatre Bras AOW? The options you mention are fine with me. Also, no house rules would be OK, too. Send a courier if interested.
