Folks - good news ... George Nafziger has worked with another publisher to get his 1813 campaign volumes re-released in a new hard cover version. I have no idea if it was updated or just a release of the earlier manuscript. Here is the Amazon link:

Vol 1 - Due out in October 2017
https://www.amazon.com/Lutzen-Bautzen-N ... 0B3AZA2Q1H

Vol. 2 - Due out in January 2018
https://www.amazon.com/Napoleon-Dresden ... at+Dresden

Vol. 3 has not been listed yet but I am sure that George intends to re-release it as well. The prices are a bit daunting but they are a must have for any serious student of the Napoleonic Wars.

As the old releases are over 25 years old I hope he updated them. Would be a shame to have let this opportunity pass.

This from the description for the Dresden book (vol 2): "Detailed color maps support the major battles ...."

So that means new maps! The old ones were B&W

Fwiw - the reviewer on Amazon for the first link didn't seem to think much had changed from the original release.
