I'm still reading this one at over 400 pages and will be for a while, but it is a detailed look at the British Cavalry in the Peninsula from 1808 to 1814. It is a dissertation by Mark Gerges for Florida State University and includes maps and other details. I might have it read by Summer, if I'm lucky. Starting on chapter 3 the Oporto Campaign, but the first chapter is on reforms in the British Cavalry from 1794-1808. I'm no expert in any way, but it looks to cover many battles and campaigns in the Peninsula and lots of research by the author.
