Salute, Here is an article (118 pages) by David Kirkpatrick with the Royal United Services Institute on Fighting the Fog of War, Decision making under extreme uncertainty in the Waterloo Campaign. Examines the outcomes and risk associated with the uncertainty of Fog of War. Includes maps and charts. Includes Quatre Bras, Ligny, and Wavre.
