Curious fellow here; I love watching Matrix, but I love playing the easier JT games, tell us what you play and love playing.

I think that Leipzig is my favorite. It has tons of balances, historical scenarios. I like the movement and the way the battles flow. I like the composition of the armies and the unique challenges each of them brings. I also really like Bautzen--the challenge for the French with so little cavalry is very interesting. I have also recently been playing a lot of 1814 and finding a lot of hidden gems in it. And I have revisited Eckmuhl a lot this year too! I keep coming back to the Napoleonic games (and play more of them than the civil war and panzer games) because I find the scenarios fun, the armies all have their own flavor and in each title are often different for each country as their armies change over time, and I find the history of the era compelling...

It would be fun to have a Nap series title for the War of 1812 with the French fighting with the US and Hanoverians fighting with the British :)

Just combine the companies into battalion sized units for the US and British OB and add in a couple of Corps of French troops and more British and a corps of Hanoverians.

But to answer Cliffs question .... I am about to buy the new musket and pike game sold on the Slitherine Ltd site to see how it plays. The graphics look very nice and I like that period too.

For Club Games: I prefer the Single Phase mode of play. I prefer to play with the following options OFF:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)
