Wow - saw a quit note on my browser about the attacks and went to the CNN site to see what was happening. Now its up to six different places where these attacks took place.

Suicide bomber at the stadium - four killed .. thankfully his bomb didn't do more lethal damage.

Most killed at the theater (they are using the term "club" too). Over 100 killed and many more wounded.

Our hearts go out to those in Paris tonight. Such a sad thing.

Glad to see that the people of France are not caving in to these terrorists.

It is sad and I am glad that my niece who is living in Paris is OK. A lot of people have used one of Facebook app to announce that they were in a safe place.

The French people is a resilient people like many others when facing things like that.

It's not the first time that it has happened. I hope they will find quickly the network responsible for that and disable/destroy it...

Glad your niece is ok David. It made me sick watching the scenes from Paris last night. One poor man was just sitting outside at a café having his dinner when he was gunned down and killed as the terrorist jumped out of their car. I hope the civilized worlds half measures against these people will now end.

It is craziness. I had not heard until today that there were over 300 injured, with over 100 of those critical.

Resilience, perseverance, heightened awareness should all be our passwords, but overall persistence in continuing daily life to the best of our abilities; THAT defeats terrorism, IMO. Not letting the tragedy be forgotten, nor ignored, but solidifying the resolve of the French and all other countries to actively pursue terrorism.

And now today they make a raid on a location - an explosion, 2 dead and 7 in custody. Add to it those taken in Germany and Belgium.
