I am swamped with work and will only be able to do templates for the French. Once done with that I can post template files for all to use. You just need to have a paint program. I use Photoshop but others work too.

I did not make Ernie's signature.

Its a nice design. Anyone wanting something that elaborate will have to do it themselves or have someone help them out.

Course it could have used a potato image ..... (or the USMC emblem LOL)
