Thanks for the heads up. Just purchased it at a discounted price of £22.04. That completes the set.

Vive l'Empereur!

One of my favorite titles I worked on. I suppose the reason why this one and 1814 attracted me so much is that they are obscure battles for the most part but worthy of a good design effort. With very little to go on I ended up digging up some good materials by the time both games were finished.

Highly recommended from RBR is the Battle of Tournay. Its a real nail-biter for both sides. The Allies have to fight off the attacking French army which arrives from three directions while trying to hold key objectives.

The famous battle of Wurzburg is a tough one for the French but with a bit of luck they can pull it out. Try one of the variants for a more even fight.

Jim Pfluecke and I playtested The Battle of Neerwinden. The hordes of France attack the defending Allied forces 35 km east of Brussels. Poor French morale vs. quality Allied troops plus SLOW going in the terrain makes this one rough for the forces of France. Jim beat me by blocking my forces at key locations.

Just a ton of battles in this game and the added Bonus Documents make for one of my best efforts.

I am still trying to pick out a battle for Mark Nelms and I to fight. He and I playtested Neresheim, another good battle to play, so I hope to try out something different with him. Maybe the Battle of Tourcoing ....
