I think this scenario needs a rework as it not only misses a lot Austrian units but if adding also the huge Austrian army train the scenario could be a very interesting one for the Austrian player.

First only the 5th Austrian Corps is on the map and it's still on the march to Landshut although the scenario starts at 10am. But the Austrians reached Landshut already in the early morning of the 21st. 5th Corps reached Altendorf at 4am and 6th Corps Seligenthal at 6am, not sure when 2nd Reserve-Corps reach the area but it crossed the Isar before the other corps so it was likely ahead of 5th Corps.
Most of the French had reached Landshut by 11am.
The interesting now is that the whole Austrian army train was on the left side of the Isar and although wagons crossed the Isar all night when the 5th Austrian Corps reached Altendorf at 4am there was not only the raod blocked by wagons standing in 2 or 3 rows but a huge amount of wagons was on the plain between Altendorf and the Isar.
The Austrians defend that train strongly but in the end were only able to extract the cavalry and most of the infantry & artillery but not the train.
The Austrians strongly defended the high ground South-East of Landshut.
The Austrians 5th corps marched off first but the 6th Corps and the 2nd Reserve-Corps followed not before 5pm.

1. Correct the OOB, add missing Austrian formations and adjust positions.
2. Add a huge amount of Austrian supply units to simulate the Austrian army train.
3. Adjust victory conditions & points so that the huge amount of Austrian supply units can yield VPs. Victory levels should be the way that capturing most of the train or destroying a large part of the Austrian combat forces is enough for a minor victory, major victory should achieved if both Austrian train & combat force have large casualties.

If a rework is planed I can provide details for the Austrians as some German sources go into much detail.
