Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Looking for an Allied opponent for the scenario '025. Napoleon's First Lunge to the North' (historical), using Bill Peter's optional rules listed here:

Right, all done. Not helped by my forum account being disabled yet again.

I was actually undergoing one of those working days which involve a very long road trip and meeting on Wednesday. As such, I was mostly out of touch that day, which coincided with your post herein for an opponent. Had I been avaliable in accordance with my usual practice, it is very doubtful that your forum account would have ever been deactivated. Why you ask? It is because I am personally familiar with your forum username and email address. What happened was this:

You posted to this forum without any form of signature. The forum moderators thought you were suspicious, so they temporarily suspended your forum account until they could get in contact with me. Not something that was absolutely necessary, but it was the choice they made. It was a safe choice. As a long time officer of the NWC, you should have certainly known that a forum signature is mandatory. You seem to be criticizing the forum moderators for taking a conservative approach, when you were equally culpable in the outcome. In the end, your forum account was very quickly restored once I had a chance to reply to the forum moderators. No lasting harm was done, and I am not at all convinced that your negative comment against those who are daily doing their best to maintain, and protect, our club is warrented.

Thank you for correcting your signature, Joao, but it still does lack your name which is still needed.
