Officers and Gentlemen of the fine Army of the Mississippi <salute>

I have the great honour to present three of your army's finest with the following medals and ribbons:

Brigadier General Tom Moore awarded the Order of the Purple Eagle – 1st Award, for- over 25 actions against the enemy

Major General Michael Mihalik awarded the Order of the Purple Eagle – 1st Award, for- over 25 actions against the enemy

Major General Krystian Betlej awarded the CSA Combat Action Ribbon for 50 battles against the enemy

Congratulations Gentlemen

I brought some bottles of real French champagne from our mess out East (courtesy of Gen McClellan). Don't tell Gens Strickler or McOmish - they don't know the difference between champagne and Mississippi rotgut!

Who cares about the difference - it is all about the result and rotgut gets you there faster :shock:
