As ordered by the retiring Chief of the Armies of the Confederacy, General Willie Tisdale, officers of the Army of the Mississippi are to be award medals for service and dedication to our army and cause.
The following officers are to march out to the parade dais and form up as called;

General David Mallory
Brigadier General Gregory Barnard
Lieutenant Colonel Ian Travers
Major General Mark Davis
These officers are awarded the Samuel Cooper Medal of Service
