Having displayed the abilities of leadership and honor, both on and off the field of battle, and having shown his care and affection for our great county I hereby promote Lieutenant General Tim Miller CSATM0450 to the rank of General in the Armies of the Confederate States of America

Tim???? Tim Miller???? The same Tim Miller who was tarred and feathered outside of Columbia last August? The same Tim Miller who once tried to shoot his own toe off before a battle and missed? Not THAT Tim Miller!

There must be an error here. Surely the CSA is not so hard-up for Generals that they are promoting Timothy Miller!
