Gents,

Drinks are on me. One of my best Divisional Commanders in the Swamp Legion has taken over command from me.

Major General Giorgio Beacco is an excellent example of a Club Member and even more so a fine example of a ANV Officer, who in the finest tradition of the ANV, a tradition built on service to the Club, he accepted Command.

I am very proud to hand of the CSA's oldest and finest, IMHO, unit to him!
