Officers and Gentlemen of the Armies of the Eastern Theater <salute> At 1300hrs 30 September 1863 there will be a change of command parade for the hand over of command between General R.A. Weir and Gen Blake Strickler. On completion of the parade there will be tea and sticky buns for officers and their families, followed by a social function at 1800, hosted by my good self. |
