I am looking to create some scenarios with all units being of equal morale. Is there a way to change the morale of units already created for a scenario?

With the OOB's locked it is possible but would be very tedious to do because the checksum value of the file cannot change.

Bummer, I wanted to play around with the morale values on some of the historical scenarios.

This is as good a place as any to state my opinion that morale values excessively favor the Rebs. |

I think morale values has been discussed in the MDT. Perhaps you could do a search of the thread(s) and see what has been talked about and then expound (or expand) on the subject.
