It is my pleasure to announce the following General promotions within the Army of the Potomac:

David Groce, 1/I from Brigadier to Major General
Thomas Borling, 1/V from Brigadier to Major General
Dwight McBride, 1/2/V from Colonel to Brigadier General

These fine officers are well-deserving of their promotions and I have paid for the first round.
