The discussion regarding the 10-Year Club Anniversary has made me think of something I don't remember hearing discussed here before.
Many of our club members have tried their hands at designing custom scenarios. I'm curious as to who is your favorite designer of custom scenarios and why. Describe the scenario you played and how it turned out. Did you feel it was balanced? Were both you and your opponent happy with the game? For that matter, what makes for a 'good' scenario?
