I celebrated getting the electicity back by sitting in the den with the heat blasting and enjoying my DVD of Gettysburg by Turner and Co. I am not a re-enactor myself but I enjoy this film and re-enacting events. I had forgotten the absolutely impressive list of re-enactment groups that are listed at the bitter end of the credits. The three column list just keeps rolling by. I know from the photo album on the main page that there are some re-enactors in the ACW Club. I just wondered how many and if any current or retired members actually participated in that film. If so it must have been an unforgettable experience, and perhaps there should be a special ribbon for them to celebrate such a proud endeavor.
