Post subject:  Commandant's Cup Tournament Update
Gentlemen:

I am PLEASE to announce a CSA Minor Victory at Kolb's Farm (HPS-Atlanta). Below you will find the offical report from Gen. Laabs:

Sirs,
We have completed the battle at the Farm. I wish to report a CSA Minor victory (by the mark of 1 point no less after 16 turns) and under the last turn of darkness. It was a well fought battle and boths sides scored their marks.

The Union Comander foiled a Confederate advance towards the victory point hexes, while the CSA help ground and scored some lucky shots as the Union cannon moved forward (this was to in the end prove the diffenence in the game--strange for the CSA Cannons exchange fire to be the difference). Once visibilty became less the Union guns which were causing great frustrations were of less use. The result was a CSA push late in the game.

The Union general displayed such good sportmanship and quality, he must have trained at a southern Academy.
