Post subject:  Well done Al Lynn

In our AoA vs AoA tourny Al Lynn kicked my butt. He had a very good plan and I helped him out by leaving a flank up in the air. I was very John Popeesque as I rushed in to the attack while Al had acted like he was going to defend but had hidden a large force before I arrived and attacked and devasted my flank. It was Second Bull all over again only out west.[:0]

Actually, Beauregard came up with the plan and whispered it in my ear after we reached 20 turns without so much as even seeing a single unit from each others army due to the extreme length of the map. [8D]

But thank you for the kind words, sir. Rare to see such grace and humility from a blue bellie. [:D]

Gen Blackburn, I should have warned you - Gen Lynn has been kicking my behind in Campaign Peninsula for scenario after scenario. The only way to beat him is to ... to ... well, if I knew that then I wouldn't be getting my behind kicked. Regardless of the outcome, its an honor to play such a gentleman and thats the fun of a tournament.
