Post subject:  HELP! no PBEM encryption?
Just started a HPS Gettysburg Campaign. Both myself and my opponent have the PBEM encryption box checked but we are not being asked for passwords when we exchange files. I am fairly sure we have opened the campaign game correctly, but something is definitely wrong?! Anyone else had this experience?

Jim - encryption isn't active in the Campaign game...has to do with problems in carrying losses forward, so what you are seeing is correct.

Same game-different problem. I cannot see the Yank replays. He can see mine. Is this an insidious Yank plot?[:p][?]

Yes. But if you BOTH delete the pbemail.xxx and .yyy files and make sure you are using the latest version, it should work.[;)]
