Gentlemen:

Brigadier General Larry ‘Notso’ Quick, serial # CSALQ1065, is hereby awarded the VMI Distinguished Service Medal – 1st Award, for his outstanding service as Chief of the Office of Engineers. He has displayed the skill and competence required for all engineering needs required at VMI and is a credit to this Institution and the Confederate States of America.

Thank you Gen. Quick for all your hard work.
