On behalf of General Willie Tisdale who heads up the CSA Sharpshooter project, I am please to present his report for the 1st Quarter of 2008: "I am please to give you the name of the first quarter Sharpshooter for 2008. He is Lt. General John Dragan with a total of 732 points for the reporting period January 1 to March 31, 2008. General Dragan highest point for a kill was Brig. General J.W. Geary (42 points), for a capture was Major General M.G. Crittenden (36 points) and for the wounding Brig. General A. Howe (32 points). I am also pleased to report that during this time period there was a total of 11) eleven CSA Officers taking part for this medal." Please join me in congratulating Gen. Dragan on his fine accomplishment, though ridding the Union high command of their officers might be doing a favor to our enemy depending upon who is captured... [:D] Regards, Lt. Gen.
