I have presented to Lt. General Allan Lynn the Robert E. Lee Medal of Service, for his outstanding service over the course of his tenure as Interim Chief of the Armies. Lt. General Lynn is currently serving as Chief of Saff for the CSA Armies. He is a credit to this Army and the Confederate States of America.
