Red Border - Blue Field - The triumphant Union troops marching all over the South The Gold Cluster - surrounded by the Blue Field, this signifies that the world revolves around the Union victorious Two larger white stars - signifying Union dominance in the West and Eastern Theaters 4 white stars pointing inwards - represents the superiority of Union Artillery pointing your way [:D] GO BLUE!
