"Any people, anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable and most sacred right - a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world. Nor is this right confined to cases in which the whole people of an existing government may choose to exercise it. Any portion of such people, that can may revolutionize and make their own of so many of the territory as they inhabit."

That is a really nice looking game and covering an area of interest to all ACW enthusiast, problem is last I checked there is no PBEM available nor were they going to offer it in the future! [:(]

Had downloaded the demo and it's very nice and all but don't think it's worth the $35.00 they're asking for it. Seems like a game that I downloaded for another site that copied the same movements but covered ships from WWI and WWII. Just my opinion

The game is fun to play, but it is unfinished. It crashes every few moves, has only one campaign, with no options, and not even the ability to choose and play single scenarios. There is no scenario, OOB, or map editor either. Of course no PBEM, or any other multiplayer of any kind. I hope they finish it, but I have my doubts, after all, it is the greatest Naval War of Northern Agression computer game ever produced as far as I know.
