Some of the end scenarios for Vicksburg around 14 mile creek and Big Black River/Champions Hill on the large map are great fun - nearly equal forces, lots of woods and creeks - units can pop up anywhere, lots of strategic options, potential for ruses and traps, risk of losing large chunks of forces at creek crossings or destroying large numbers of enemy at creek crossings, etc. Good stuff. If only Walker's division didn't suffer from not having an army commander in the OOB so that it loses moral bonuses and routes easier... poor programming decision there... Regards, Lt. Gen.
