I don't see the Whitworth in the parameter data file...

Sorry if this has been brought up before...

It's there ...

W 2 0 14 3 21 2 28 .75 35 .25 70 .2 -1

But it doesn't show up in the in-game window (F2). Since I have no idea how the actual .pdt translates into what is shown in that window, I have no clue how this happened. Maybe someone forgot to assign a name to that line?

BTW, where *are* those guns in the Day 3 scenario? They're just not on the map. Shouldn't they be on Oak Hill?

I think the listing is somehow created from the exe file as it is not the same in all the games. The listing is in alphabetical order so the Whitworth (W) should be between the 30 lbr Parrot (V) and the 10 lbr Parrot (X). I checked several games and although the Whitworth is in the pdt it does not appear in Corinth or Gettysburg but does show up in Antietam.

As to the Whitworth's position on Day 3, I opened the July 3 scenario and there they are in hex 43,9 on Oak Ridge.

General Walker,

they are there, just well hidden.
Take a close look at the objective hex on Oak Ridge.

You're right, Field Lieutenant. I must be blind ...

Were the objective flags always so big as to cover units completely? I think I'll edit them to make them a tad smaller.

BTW it's a poor placement of those guns. They hardly have a field of fire from up there. Two hexes on Culp's Hill, is all. They ought to be on 41,11 or 44,12.
