Post subject:  Matrix Games 2
Well I went and purchased the BG collection again and installed it. I used the serial number provided with the digital download and then installed the 2 patches also using the sn provided.

Well now when I try to start a game it tells me there is a problem with the sn. I tried using the .exe file directly from the game directory and still have the same issue.

I sent message to support at Matrix 5 days ago and still haven't heard a peep from them. Has anyone here had the same issue and how did you fix it?

It seems that is a MATRIX problem.

But, I would uninstall the program and reinstall.

You could also look at the MATRIX forum and see if there are others that had the problem and their solution.

It was more an operator error, I needed to run the program as an administrator. Then it worked just fine. I'm just rusty I guess :)
