We have a very erudite and eclectic group. We need a new section that covers recommended books and websites from our members. I picked up 2 new ones today Both Hardcovers: 1. The Gleam of Bayonets (The Battle of Antietam and Robert E. Lee's Maryland Campaign September 1862) by James V. Murfin copyright 1965, 1993 2. Glory Glory Glorieta (The Gettysburg of the West) by Robert Scott copyright 1992. I paid about $5 for the two books (good trade policy at COAS in Las Cruces NM-you can look it up) I hope to get up to the Glorieta battle site as it is in New Mexico.
