"3.3.4.1.7 In the event only one candidate has been nominated by the end of the nominating period, that candidate will be elected by acclamation and no vote will be necessary." As there was only on member nominated for the position if USA Chief of Army, General Derald Riggs is elected by acclamation. Congratulations, General Riggs. |
