Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute> My congratulations to both of these fine Officers! General Mills has been a dedicated and hard working Officer since returning to active duty! His previous two Tournaments were a great uplifting for the Club and his next effort will be even better! General Blackburn is an olde Yank that has discovered the joys of the other side! Now not only my newest Academy Trainer but now also the newest Division Commander in the ANV! Richly deserving for the both of you! <SALUTE> Respectfully submitted, Your Obedient Servant, General Nick Kunz Commandant, Vicksburg Military Institute ![]() ![]() |

Don't let Gen Blackburn fool ya. He's actually about the ugliest thing in uniform that I've seen. He has trained a squirrel named Rocky to sit on his head and look like a coonskin cap, and the squirrel cracks nuts all day long and drops them down into Gen Blackburn's beard so that he has something to snack on at his pleasure. I have no idea why that confounding out of work moose follows him around but I wish that he would give all three of them (Gen Blackburn, Rocky, and Bullwinkle) a bath at least once a month. |

Congratulations, gentlemen! Well-earned promotions in both cases, though we're sad to see Gen. Blackburn cross over to the Dark Side. We very much appreciate your contributions to our club, both visible and behind the scenes. Best wishes for your continued success! Respectfully, |

Thank you gentlemen one and all and Ned Simms too. As Ned well knows that squirrel saved me more than once when I was a Yank. He is a dead aim with a rock or a peanut and plunked Ned square between when he was sneaking around my camp up near Taney Town looking to steal the PA. Bucktails' whiskey ration. Rocky earned an extra shot of rye that night and was found passed out and nearly made into squirrel pot pie by those Irish Brigade boys next morning before he was recognized for the true hero he is. Ned is also well aware of the true identity of that moose, none other than General Bull Moose hisself, still recovering from the nasty wounds inflicted on his person at Cowens Gap. Not unemployed at all, he has followed me south to offer his services to Confederacy. As for the baths why Gen. Simms after all those years of locating your positions by the odor's wafting over hill and dale we just assumed this is the way Rebs are supposed to smell. ![]() |

I am not sure if MDT rules allow for wildlife in the bar area, but I suppose Ned Simms has been coming if for years and no one has said anything ![]() |
