What's the difference here? Is it all the same company or was it bought and sold? We seem to use the terms interchangeably. |

All are different companies. TS = Battelground games HPS = Civil War Battles games released on cd JTS = Civil War Battles games release as download only |

John Tiller is the glue that holds them all together. http://www.johntillersoftware.com/About.html Battleground games were produced by a company named Talonsoft between 1995 and @ 2000. John then moved to HPS where he redesigned the games in the basic campaign format we know today. In 2010 he left HPS to form his own company. They are still basically the HPS format but produced by John Tiller Games instead of HPS. |
