It is my pleasure to announce the arrival of the first Cadet for the VMI Class of 1862!

Cadet Steve Griffith, Image "Sir, I come with just my horse, rifle and uniform to join the CSA. I hail from near Salt Lake City!"

He has JTS Campaign Chancellorsville & Gettysburg plus Forge of Freedom (FoF)!

Cadet Steve Griffith will get his training under the instruction of Deputy Commandant Lt Colonel Blake Strickler (#2).

Cadet William Stewart, Image "I used to play the bg series, a lot!! had em all... would love to play again! I just bought John Tillers Shenandoah campaign and downloaded.... it is a huge change from the bg series and I see I have a lot of learning to do. I live in a small town just north of Kansas City, Missouri!"

It is my pleasure and honor to announce the arrival of the fifth Cadet for the VMI Class of 1862!

Cadet Steffen van Nix, Image "I am a son of Alabama living in the swamps of North Florida. I am sure you have heard of the Battle of Olustee, I live not too far from there and have been there several times." He is a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran, "did 5 years as Infantry and Security Forces (Fleet Anti-Terror). As for the Middle East, I spent nearly half of my five years there lol."

"I only recently in the last year began playing the HPS/JTS games, since it is the closest I have found to the old classic "Civil War Generals II" that I used to play til the disc gave out when I was a kid lol!"

He has JTS Campaigns: Antietam, Atlanta, Chancellorsville, Chickamauga, Gettysburg, Peninsula & Shiloh!

Cadet Steffen van Nix will get his training under the instruction of VMI's Sharpshooter Coordinator Colonel Paul Swanson (#1).

He has JTS Campaigns: Antietam, Atlanta, Gettysburg, Peninsula & Shenandoah!

Cadet Spencer will get his training at Corinth under the instruction of VMI's Deputy Commandant Blake Strickler (#6).
