Gentlemen of the ACWGC

The Cabinet has received and unanimously approved the following recommendations for promotion submitted by CoA General Mallory:

President Dortch & Cabinet,

This is to present the following for promotion within the CSA General ranks of the ACWGC:

To Brigadier General:

Col. Michael Chandler Jr. (353.840 OBD points)

After a much-needed hiatus, Col. Chandler has recently returned to active duty, becoming actively engaged on the field of battle. In addition, he has shown eagerness to take on higher-level responsibility.

Col. Blake Strickler (365.050 OBD points)

In addition to active battlefield command, Col. Strickler had demonstrated leadership in many areas, including serving as CSA Chief of Staff, VMI Deputy Commandant, and command of the First Division, II Corps, Army of Tennessee. He has recently taken on the new role of Club Recruiting Officer. Besides all of these roles, he has taken an active role in setting up and running club tournaments.

To Major General:

BGen Josef Seidl (506.405 OBD points, and Command of 4th Division, I Corps, Army of Northern Virginia)

General Seidl continues to actively engage on the battlefield and leads the Fourth Division, I Corps, Army of Tennessee. He also currently serves as a CSA Secretary on the Cabinet.

Not at all, sir. President Dortch has asked that promotion recommendations be submitted once each month, to save on paperwork. Yours is on the list to be reviewed by the Cabinet next month. (The wheels of bureaucracy turn slowly.)
