I would say - because the Rebels are imposing more causalities:) It seems the Rebels have better morale, better Generals and are better looking according to the ones I know. |

Better morale - the units seem to be setup that way. Better Generals? In the beginning - yes - In the end - No. Better looking - Are all Rebels Narcissistic or just the ones I know? This is presented as humor - just in case you don't have any:) |
