While playing one of the Big East Tournament scenarios (Antietam #186) I noticed that, in 3D mode, there are scarecrows in the two big fields near the centre of the map. I checked a few other scenarios in that title and a couple of other titles but could find no more scarecrows. So, I guess one designer was having a little fun in a scenario he was involved with for the graphics. Are there scarecrows in other scenarios? Has anyone noticed any other unusual things like this? A nice touch WDS. It put a smile on my face when I saw them. |

I think they used to be called easter eggs, and there were a couple in Murfreesboro way back in Talonsoft days, including one with witches dancing around a cauldron. |

I was talking with my opponent about the scarecrows but he doesn't get them. He even sent me a screenshot of the fields in 3D mode - no scarecrows. So, in Antietam (WDS v4.0) Scenario #186Cedar Mountain (Equal Force Fight #4) do other people see the scarecrows at {16,16} and {18,20} in 3D mode? There's plenty of other things on the map (in 3D only) including: hay bales; cow; stable with horse; and some other things I can't quite identify. |

Nice! I took a look. At the Crittenden House (18, 28) there's a female figure in a pink dress holding a rifle! ![]() |

This was the first thing I thought of Mike! I knew one of the games had a shark in a pond and it was Murfreesboro as well. At hex (98, 32) |
