Gents,

While I have always enjoyed WDS Chickamauga, it needed some fresh scenarios. Using the original Talonsoft version, and my own creativity in some cases, I have released a Chickamauga Expansion pack of 15 scenarios on the ACWGC Custom Scenarios page. It can be found here. https://www.acwgc.net/bgc-downloads

These new scenarios include alternate "what ifs" from Chickamauga and Stones River. There are also Equal Force battles, MP-optimized scenarios, and tweaks on the original Talonsoft versions. The original Talonsoft OOBs are used where noted. The original OOBs feature far inferior units (on both sides) and leaders which are rated much lower as well. It will make command and control a greater challenge for sure.

Robert Frost also created a new take on the historical Battle of Chickamauga and it is included as well on the page. He based his on the David Powell trilogy of books on the battle.

I hope everyone enjoys! With the DOR currently down it is a challenge to get an updated email roster of all members to send this to. But word will spread (already is). Be sure to tell a friend to download the free new scenarios today!

Thank you Sir, this will be a valuable addition, especially the MP scenarios, from my POV. Robert Frosts work, as yours, is always worthy of close attention.

I shall ensure the Army of Tennessee is informed of this notice. Chickamauga is a fine title and likely of vast interest to many officers of the Army.
