On last Sunday, February 2nd, legendary historical & pop culture artist Mort Künstler passed away at 97.

Without a doubt many of us have something in our homes that comes from his works. Many pages across the Club also highlight his works and I use them often in my forum posts. Needless to say his artwork was also incorporated into many Civil War games over the years.

Great legacy he has left behind!

I loved this guys work. From scantily clad women in pulp magazines to serious historical paintings, you can tell he enjoyed his work. I don't know all that much about him besides his painting to be honest. But if you are going to be remembered for something then that is pretty darn cool. Just ask Bob Ross.
