The convention (probably not always followed) seems to be that if a unit was assigned elsewhere prior to the battle starting it is attached to that new command (e.g. 13th Miss. at First Manassas - First Bull Run scenario has them attached to Early).
In regard to Cleburne's and Semple's reports that should probably mean that Semple's six Napoleons should be attached to Hanson.

All of the Supply Wagons at Historical Shiloh 144 are listed as "Reserve Corps" wagons.

The Union divisions at Shiloh were not listed correctly. They were known numerically and not by the name of the commander. Thus, it should be:

1st Div (McClernand)
as opposed to
McClernand's Division

!HISTORICAL 1.3 Gettysburg (the 54-turn historical scenario for July 3rd) has Col. G. L. Willard at 52,41. He had been killed the previous day. William Barksdale is still shown at 37,49 in command of his brigade when historically he was dying at this time from serious wounds suffered on July 2. Edward Cross (51,51), Samuel Zook (51,49), and Paul Semmes (38,60) are other officers who were mortally wounded on July 2 and probably shouldn't be shown in command of their brigades at this time. Even Sickles who had just lost a leg the day before is still on the field in command of his corps which wasn't the case historically (55,55). For some reason, the July 1 officer casualties (Heth, Archer, Reynolds, Paul, etc.) are all reflected as being absent for this July 3 scenario but not the July 2 losses.

!HISTORICAL 1. The Battle of Gettysburg - July 1 - 3, 1863 - the location pin for Rock Creek at 101,18 is misspelled ("Rcok Creek").
