Gentlemen of the American Civil War Gaming Club, The ACWGC.net website was shut down today due to the high real-life cost of maintaining the paid site. A nearly identical free website has replaced it, continuing the many roles and tasks of the ACWGC.net site at no cost. The Department of Records can be reached via the new ACWGC free site. NEW SITE https://theacwgc.wixsite.com/acwgc DOR Link https://theacwgc.wixsite.com/deptofrecords Note that the Mason Dixon Tavern and other Club websites are not affected by any of this. This only pertains to the ACWGC.net site. Links around the Club will be updated this week to reflect the change in URL addresses. If you have any questions you can always email me at blake (at) gmail [dot] com. MUSTERING NOTE: To ease the transition to the new site, the Cabinet has agreed to cancel the July Mustering. We will resume normal mustering in August for the ACWGC on the new website. Thank you for your continued support and membership in the ACWGC! |
