That's easy. Bring great riches to the cabinet, and lay it at their feet. Burn incense day and night, fasting for a week. Then go to the oracle at Delphi (suburb of Cincinnati, OH. Not the one in Greece.) And you will be told if the gods ... uh I mean cabinet, deems you are worthy of membership. [:p] Maj Gen Ambushed (ret.) |

Well Al, I can always jump ship to the other side if the price is right, but in the meantime I filled out the required paperwork and i will just have to wait to hear from someone. Phil Prete |

Good man. Join the AoC. The other Union Armies are nice, but the best is the AoC. After all we did win the war for the North! [:D] Maj Gen Ambushed (ret.) |

Al has you boondoggled! The Army of the Potomac is the place to be. Take on the likes of Lee, Jackson, and Longstreet. I don't recall the AoC being at Appomattox...[:D] Lt. General Jeff Laub I Corps, Fighting First Army of the Potomac, USA http://www.geocities.com/laubster22/I_Corps/ |

Mr. Prete, If all you're interested in is material possessions, the Yankee side is for you. They will keep you well supplied with brogans, uniforms, and equipment (easily replacing all we Rebels will take from you) and they will keep you well fed. If, on the other hand, you prefer to take a stand for liberty -- no matter the personal cost -- then join the Confederacy and strike a blow against tyranny. Let your conscience be your guide [:D] ! (In any event, welcome to the club!) Your humble servant, LGen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory David W. Mallory ACW - Lieutenant General, Chief of the Armies, Confederate States of America CCC - Corporal, Georgia Volunteers, Southern Regional Deaprtment, Colonial American Army |
