Officers of the Confederacy, FYI, if you have any questions about OBD points, promotions, etc., please direct them to me. You may 'cc' General Cross, my Chief of Staff, but please -- I don't pay him enough to handle all the work AND put up with guff. That's why *I* make the big bucks [:D] ! I do want to hear about any concerns or suggestions you have. And rest assured, he and I are both trying to get a handle on the administrative matters that need attending to. We're still trying to figure out exactly what it is that needs to be done and the best way to do it, so if we've missed anything, please let me know.
