Gentlemen, It gives me great pleasure to announce the following promotions from Colonel to Brigadier General, effective immediately: Scott Ludwig (Commander, ANV) Dave Bowman (Commander, III Corps, ANV) Steve Edgar (Commander, 2nd Division, III Corps, ANV) Now let's take this party over to the Clumb of Trees Mess, the official tavern of the Army of Northern Virginia, where drinks are on my tab in honor of these fine officers.
