Open the .cpf file in any editor (Notepad, etc.). One of the first lines (7?) is the scenario title. The end of the next line is the number of turns. Now if you also need the file name / number as it shows up in the selection dialogue (usually that is different from the actual scenario title that shows up as header), start the game with the regular main executable and find the name of the scenario in the window just above the description field. Then you see the file name in the scenario list, top right. Gen. Walter, USA The Blue Blitz AoS |

General Corbin, But why would you want to know? If you're playing a campaign game, you don't have to identify the scenario title to register the game. But it's better if you do register it with the actual name. It helps everyone who is interested in the statistical sides, and army commanders to award the proper medals. Gen. Walter, USA The Blue Blitz AoS |

Gen. Walter, I can not seem to follow your description, unless you are talking about when you start a campaign game as a battle. How do you do it for a campaign that is aleardy in progress. Thanks. BG Joe Mishurda Joe Mishurda, The Cast Iron Division 2nd Div. XXV Corp, AoJ |

Yes, in order to identify the file name you have to use the normal front end with which you would start a standalone battle. So, extract the name of the battle and number of turns from the .cpf file, then use the file selection dialogue in the normal game to identify the file name for this scenario. Gen.
