I have checked and don't see where an Army Commander has access to changing or setting a password for the Department of Records. The instructions indicate that the Commanders of the Armies may do that, not Army Commanders. Gen. Lubka, I've requested it be done, you should be receiving confirmation of that shortly. By the same token, isn't it the same as your Mason-Dixon password? Mine was, iniitially. LtG. J. Cuneo, CSA Commanding, Army of Alabama
