Gentlemen of the Union!

(You scurvy Rebs can listen in as well)[:D]

Attention to Award!

As my first official act as Union Chief of the Army, I hereby award the Medal of Honor to General Mark Nelms, his third such award.

General Nelms' tenure as Union CoA was both significant and outstanding. His ability to provide leadership and growth from a time of crisis was impressive to witness. He helped focus and dedicate the Union cause, and carry our great Club forward through hard work and perseverance. This was accomplished not just through his service, but by going to battle for the Union cause and it's officers many times over.

General, you have my personal thanks and congratulations, it's a humbling honor to have the opportunity to carry your great tradition forward.

Huzzah to General Nelms!

Huzzah to the Union Army!

On to Richmond!

General Laub,

If you'll permit, I'll share in a round of drinks for General Nelms.

As for us "scurvy Rebs" -- I've been meaning to talk with you about that. Lately, all we've gotten from all those Union supply wagons we've been capturing has been guns, ammo, accouterments, uniforms, liquor, hardtack, beef, copies of northern newspapers, official U.S. army paperwork (copies of orders, requisitions, telegrams, etc.), private mail for your soldiers (with pictures of women actually baring their ANKLES for the photographer -- shame on you, sir!), and other assorted and sundry items. If you would kindly request your Quartermaster to start stocking more fresh fruits and vegetables, we would be ever so grateful! [:D]

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory
