Okay, my unnamed opponent and I cant get a campaign to work. Everthing seems okay until both sides select their strategic options, We mail it off and the game instead of going to a battle gives us a selected result (usually Union minor victory). We can`t get out of this loop. How did life get so complicated? [:I] Whatta we do wrong? Lt Colonel Tony Best Army of Georgia |

Make sure you have "use expected values" unchecked. General Mark Nelms 6/3/IX/AoO "Blackhawk Brigade" |

I do belive the problem might be in that area but we have tried it unchecked and still giving us a battle result. My opponent and I recently had a two battle camapign and we did not have this problem. Is there some way that the expected values box can get "stuck"? Lt Colonel Tony Best Army of Georgia |

I don't know what might be happening. I have played a few campaigns and just played around with starting a campaign (with myself <g>) and it all worked as usual. I did the same thing with using the EXPECTED VALUES checked and had the results completed by the computer. I would try deleting the campaign.xxx and .yyy files (both of you) and the pbemail.xxx and .yyy (just in case) and then try starting all over. If that doesn't work, I would email Rich Hamilton and get all of that great HPS support going.
